One significant concern is the exposure of individuals to the sun during levels 1 and 2. It has been observed that there is no shelter provided, and considering the intense heat in the area, this can be quite uncomfortable for both tour guides and visitors, including tourists who may be standing in the sun for extended periods.<\/p>\n

As tourism is a crucial industry for Antigua, it is essential to ensure that the experience for both workers and guests is positive.<\/p>

Additionally, it has been noted that there is a lack of amenities such as tents and chairs for guests. This lack of infrastructure may contribute to complaints from guests and even ship workers. Improving the overall experience for visitors could significantly enhance the reputation of Antigua as a tourist destination.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, concerns have been raised about the behavior of some security personnel. It appears that there may be instances of inappropriate behavior or treatment towards guests and workers. Addressing this issue and providing customer service training for security personnel may help create a more positive environment at the port entrance.<\/p>
