The Honourable Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, and Investment Charles Fernandez, Antigua &amp; Barbuda Tourism Authority Chief Executive Officer Colin James, and Antigua Cruise Port Officer-in-Charge Cynthia Jacobs- Browne were among the attendees who exchanged pleasantries and plaques with the captain.<\/span><u><\/u><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_348894046489625355Default\"><span data-originalfontsize=\"11pt\" data-originalcomputedfontsize=\"14.666667\">Mrs. Jacobs- Browne said, \u201cWe are happy to have you here in Antigua.
