Dear Editor,<\/strong><\/p>

I write to express my profound frustration and disbelief at the abysmal state of affairs in the issuance of license plates by our local authorities.<\/p>\n

It is nothing short of outrageous that citizens are handed plates that are not just substandard, but downright faulty.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>
\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

The recent experience of receiving a license plate that is not only crooked but also peeling at the edges is nothing short of a mockery of the fees we pay for these supposedly essential documents.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

It’s beyond comprehension that such a basic element of vehicle identification could be handled with such blatant incompetence.<\/p>\n

This is not a trivial matter; faulty license plates compromise both the safety and identity of vehicles on our roads.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

How can we trust law enforcement and our fellow drivers to recognize our vehicles when the plates are shoddy representation of official documentation?<\/p>\n

Moreover, the inconvenience caused by having to always get a reprint every passing year or ar least months before the plates are faded dealing with the aftermath of this bureaucratic disaster is utterly unacceptable.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

The time wasted on filing complaints, visiting relevant offices, and the potential legal consequencs of driving with a damaged license plate are simply inexcusable. Does this government care not about the unnessary monies we are spending?<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Our local authorities need to be held accountable for this colossal failure. We, as citizens, deserve bettr than subpar products and additional burdens placed upon us due to bureaucratic incompetence.<\/p>\n

It is high time that those responsible for this embarrassig blunder are held accountable, and a comprehensive review of the license plate issue process is conducted to prevent such debacles in the future.<\/p>\n

I urge my fellow citiens to join me in demanding swift action to retify this situation. We should not settle for mediocrity when it comes to crucial matters of public safety and administration.<\/p>\n

Mr. Hubert Jarvis I’m not sure if this is a flex for your love of transport board money but please fix it because the people of Antigua along with your poorly paid staff has had enough poor people a cry.<\/p>\n
