The Passport and Citizenship Division of Antigua and Barbuda has announced that through a Decision of the Cabinet of Antigua and Barbuda, it has extended the\u00a0deadline for the mandatory recall\u00a0period for all Antigua and Barbuda Machine Readable Passports indefinitely.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

The decision was taken in light of the continuing impact of global events on the ability of citizens here and abroad to meet the previous deadline of 31 December 2023.<\/p>\n

All citizens of Antigua and Barbuda with a Machine-Readable passport\u00a0are advised that the document remains valid until its expiration.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

The passport office will continue to issue ePassports to new applicants and persons with expired passports.\u00a0 The new Antigua and Barbuda ePassport was introduced in April 2017.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Application forms for the ePassport\u00a0are available at the Passport Office, Queen Elizabeth Highway, the Antigua and Barbuda Missions in the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom\u00a0 or from the government\u2019s website at\u00a0www.ab.gov.ag<\/a>.<\/p>\n
