Allegations are that the victim fell into a disagreement with a family friend over work he had done and his expectation of payment, as agreed.<\/p>\n

However, the alleged offender reportedly pulled a cutlass from his waist and attacked the Herberts man, who received cuts to his left hand and arm, for which he had to seek medical treatment.<\/p>
