Urgent Plea to Prime Minister and Minister: Overhauling the Broken Family Court System for Justice<\/p>

Dear Mr. Prime Minister and Minister,<\/p>\n

I urgently need your help in fixing what is supposed to be our family court. I have several concerns, which I am sure many men out here share or are going through the same situation.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>
\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Many of us men are suffering in silence, and it seems that no one cares or is taking us seriously. As I write this letter, my heart aches, and my eyes are puffy with tears because for years, I have been experiencing serious injustice in this so-called family court.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Firstly, I strongly feel that the magistrate harbors a bias against men for some reason only God knows. She tends to be more on the women’s side and forgets that we men are humans too with feelings.<\/p>\n

I believe it’s time to either have two magistrates, retrain the present one, or appoint another one because she doesn’t make sense in her judgments. She is too gullible to many tricks that these devious, malicious, evil baby mothers try, and she can’t see when they are playing her.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Secondly, she makes rules that if the baby mothers don’t grant access to the father, they either go to jail for 6 months to a year or pay a fine. However, this seems to be an order she puts there for show.<\/p>\n

I have taken my baby mothers to court several times for access, and not once have they been punished.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

This lack of consequences encourages them to repeat the offense and makes them feel untouchable, even taunting their baby fathers, as they know they will get away with it.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Thirdly, if a baby mother thinks she is the only parent and denies access, that mother should feed her child herself and stop punishing the father.<\/p>\n

It doesn’t make sense for a father to provide for a child he doesn’t know is dead or alive because he can’t see them or have a say in their upbringing.<\/p>\n

Fourthly, I think the judge is trying to emulate Madea’s Family Reunion but needs to understand that not every family can be fixed. Some families need to be broken apart and go their separate ways. I suggest she starts watching Judge Judy.<\/p>\n

Fifthly, the law about continuing to financially support a child past 18 doesn’t make any sense, especially when these young adults are rude, disrespectful, working, having boyfriends, and some moms just put their kids into further education to continue extracting money from the fathers.<\/p>\n

If baby mothers file a warrant, they quickly come for us. However, when we file for access, they don’t go after them, even when they make up stupid excuses and involve the kids in lying. It’s the magistrate’s job to see through the lies and give us men the justice that we deserve.<\/p>\n
