Despite defense attempts to dismiss the case, the judge decided to proceed based on 13 witnesses’ testimonies.<\/p>\n

Jessica Roberts warned Daniel not to return after a trespassing incident, but a scuffle ensued on May 21, 2021.<\/p>

Daniel was found with a cutlass, and subsequent testimonies, including David’s stepdaughter’s, indicated a confrontation.<\/p>

The court heard from police, a doctor, and a pathologist, confirming Roberts died from massive blood loss. The judge concluded there’s enough evidence to proceed with the trial.<\/p>\n
