These are to provide access to water valves that have been installed underground.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><\/figure>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">These valve access pipes will be cut and valve access boxes will be installed at the level of the final layer of the road surface. We encourage pedestrians, motorists, and other road users to exercise caution when traveling in these working zones.<\/p><div id=\"antig-85580909\" class=\"antig-content_4 antig-entity-placement\"><a
