The UWI, <\/span><\/span>Five Islands <\/span><\/span>Campus, Antigua and Barbuda. <\/span><\/span>Wednesday<\/span><\/span> October 1<\/span><\/span>8<\/span><\/span>, 2023<\/span><\/span> –<\/span><\/span> The Ministry of Education, Sport and Creative Industries in partnership with The University of the West Indies <\/span><\/span>(UWI) <\/span><\/span>Five Islands Campus <\/span><\/span>regrets to inform the public that the scheduled town hall meeting, aimed at updating the community on the expansion of The UWI Five Islands Campus and the relocation of the Five Islands Primary School, has been postponed due to the threat of impending weather.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting, originally scheduled for Thursday, October 19th, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., will be rescheduled to a later date. The safety of our community members is our top priority, and we believe it is in everyone’s best interest to delay the event.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We apologize for any inconvenience this postponement may cause and appreciate your understanding. We will announce the new date for the town hall meeting as soon as it is confirmed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
