The Ministry of Tourism has released figures showing an increase in visitor arrivals for the Second Quarter of 2018.<\/p>

The United States remains the leading source market. Visitor arrivals for 2018 only experienced a 2.67% increase, from that of 2017. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antigua & Barbuda saw a decrease in visitor arrivals from the European market United Kingdom, Italy, Germany and the rest of Europe; while there was an increase of 163.38% in visitor arrivals from France.<\/p>

According to the just releases figures, the OECS market experienced an increase of 18.90% in tourist arrivals in QTR2 of 2018 compared to the same time period in 2017.<\/p>

It revealed that even though the French West Indies market is not a popular but a very lucrative one, there is an increase in tourist arrivals by 73.91% in 2018 when compared to the same period in 2017.<\/p>\n
