Browne deemed, \u201cthe tightened hostile and unjust blockade is obsolete, harms the Cuban people. It is cruel and is an issue that must be addressed to urgently.\u201d<\/p>\n

Likewise, the PM noted that developing countries are trapped in a crisis they did not create, overwhelming debts, and the increasing frequency of climate disasters, while rich States avoid meeting their commitments.<\/p>
