Caution:<\/strong> If you or someone you know experiences symptoms of heat illness (such as dizziness, nausea, headache, rapid heartbeat, or extreme thirst), immediately seek refuge in a cool area and consume fluids, with water being the best choice.<\/p>\n

Heat stroke is the most severe form of heat illness, presenting symptoms like loss of consciousness, confusion, and high body temperature.<\/p>\n

In the case of these symptoms, call 911 immediately. While awaiting help, cool the affected person by moving them to a cool location, applying cold water to their skin or clothing, and using a fan if possible.<\/p>\n

Precautions:<\/strong> Everyone is urged to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions, including staying cool and well-hydrated.<\/p>\n
