Another shooting incident in just over 24 hours is keeping the Police\u2028busy, as, once again, they are again in search of the perpetrators.<\/p>

This most recent incident occurred on Sunday, September 4, at\u2028about 11\u00a0p.m., in\u00a0the Yeptons area. It left a 58-year-old Bendals man\u2028hospitalized and nursing injuries to his shoulder.<\/p>\n

It is alleged that the man and a female companion were parked in\u2028the area when an unidentified car pulled up alongside his vehicle.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Reports say the man started his car in an attempt to leave, but the\u2028other vehicle allegedly reversed and blocked his path.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

The occupant\u2028then opened fire on the car in which the man and woman sat.<\/p>\n

At least two rounds reportedly were discharged at the vehicle, one\u2028of which struck the middle-aged man in the right shoulder.<\/p>

The\u2028shooter then fled from the area.<\/p>\n

Following the attack, and after reporting the matter to the Police, the\u2028injured man decided to drive himself to the hospital. However, he\u2028reportedly was met on the way by lawmen and the Emergency\u2028Medical Service (EMS).<\/p>

Reportedly, the man\u2019s condition is serious, but he is said to be stable\u2028at this time. And while the woman was not injured, reports say she\u2028was visibly shaken by the ordeal.<\/p>

The Police say they are actively pursuing certain leads, and they are\u2028asking anyone with information on this most recent shooting to\u2028contact the nearest station.<\/p>\n
