Good Humans 268 Inc.” Aims to Clean All 365 White, Sandy Beaches Across the Country<\/h1>\n

REAL NEWS: \u201cGood Humans 268 Inc.,\u201d a newly formed non-profit organization, is\u2028pledging to continue its mission to clean all of the country\u2019s claimed\u2028365 white, sandy beaches.<\/p>

Joshuanette Francis, the organization\u2019s founder, reports that several\u2028beaches have already been tackled,\u00a0but circumstances have put the\u2028project on hold.<\/p>\n

However, she says, the aim, still, is to complete this task \u2013 and in a\u2028very short time, once possible.\u2028\u2028Francis says she has done a tour of the island and, so far, has located\u2028250 beaches.<\/p>

The mission, now, is to visit all of them, she says \u2013 and, in the\u2028process, she hopes she will stumble upon the others that make up\u2028the 365. She notes, however, that many of the areas that locals\u2028classify as beaches actually are not.<\/p>

While the beaches visited so far were very beautiful and serene,\u00a0\u2028Francis says that a few \u2013 about 30 percent of them \u2013 are not in the\u2028best state and require a bit of cleaning.<\/p>\n

She says that people should be more responsible about disposing of\u2028their waste when using the beach. To this end, she suggests they\u2028carry along garbage bags, or other receptacles that can hold waste,\u2028and then take their trash back home with them.<\/p>

Leaving unsecured garbage on the beach \u2013 where it can get into the\u2028water \u2013 could have dire consequences on the environment and\u2028marine life, she warns.<\/p>\n

According to Francis, even on the island\u2019s hiking trails, there is a\u2028proliferation of garbage, which, she says, is just despicable.<\/p>
