A 73-year-old Yorks resident, Anthonyson King, declared his innocence in court yesterday, refuting accusations of using insulting language and resisting arrest.<\/p>

King will stand trial on July 11, maintaining his adamant stance of having done nothing wrong.<\/p>\n

The incident occurred on June 13 near the former St. Patricks school when an ambulance passed two parked vehicles.<\/p>

A witness claimed King drove his vehicle forward while an officer stood at the door, prompting the officer to retreat.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Allegedly, King then drove forward again, narrowly avoiding the officer.<\/p>\n

Following a confrontation, the police cautioned and attempted to arrest King, resulting in a physical struggle.<\/p>
