resignation of Antigua and Barbuda&#8217;s Attorney General Steadroy Cuite Benjamin.<\/p><div id=\"antig-1301336899\" class=\"antig-content_5 antig-entity-placement\"><a particular piece of law which they argue has turned the criminal justice system in Antigua and Barbuda upside down.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a video clip of the three MP&#8217;s calling on Benjamin to resign 696px\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1124\"   \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>The amendment was in response to a High Court ruling in April which stated that a charge against the accused person was unlawful since the police did not obtain the permission of the DPP to prefer the charge.<\/p>\n<p>Since that case, serious doubt has been cast over the ability of the police to charge persons and even more doubt raised
