The Antigua and Barbuda Union of Teachers has exercised great patience with the Ministry of Education who has continuously erred in the execution of their duties.<\/p>\n

The evidence will show that we have met with their representatives on many occasions and have withdrawn our previous threats of industrial action with the hopes that our demands would be satisfactorily addressed.<\/p>

However, this continued failure on the part of the Ministry of Education has left much to be desired.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

The trust has been broken and we can longer operate on the premise that they will fulfill their promises by the timelines they would have imposed on themselves.<\/p>\n

Therefore, the A& BUT will maintain its stance and will hold its services if the Ministry of Education does not satisfactorily meet our demands.<\/p>
