Speaker of the UK’s House of Commons, Sir Lindsay Hoyle visits youth parliamentarians in Antigua<\/strong><\/p>

On April 6th, 2023, the Association received an official visit by the Speaker of the United Kingdom House of Commons, Sir Lindsay Hoyle.<\/p>\n

Upon visitation, Sir Hoyle spoke about his parliamentary career and youth in politics as he informed the members of how he got into politics as a young man and championed the cause of young people in his constituency when he created a Youth Zone.<\/p>

Sir Hoyle also expressed his desire to see more young people involved in the political arena.<\/p>

At the end of his presentation, the Speaker presented the members with small gifts.<\/p>\n
