REAL NEWS: Police are investigating a robbery involving two guests staying at a local resort.<\/p>

Reports say \u00a0the security manager at the resort \u00a0contacted \u00a0the Grays Farm Police Station and reported that the pair had been robbed of their personal belongings by two gunmen.<\/p>\n

Officers reportedly went to the hotel and interviewed \u00a0the visitors, \u00a0who are both from the United Kingdom. \u00a0They reported that they had been in a silver Toyota Picart , R73, in the parking lot of the Dieppe Bay property, when a black van pulled up in front of them.<\/p>

They alleged that two unmasked men exited the van and one of them \u2014 armed with a shiny handgun \u2014 ordered the visitors out of their vehicle. \u00a0He then pointed the gun at them and demanded money.<\/p>

The guests were robbed of a black bag containing US$100, EC$200, ID cards, and a light green Samsung cell phone valued at US$300, as well as an Ipad valued at 800 pounds Sterling, which was in the vehicle.<\/p>\n

In addition to relieving the tourists of their belongings, one of the robbers took off in their vehicle.<\/p>

The gunman is described as being of a slim build, dark in complexion, and about 5ft 6\u201d tall.<\/p>\n

A search was carried out for the stolen vehicle and missing items, also for any person fitting the description of the robbers, but without success.<\/p>

This incident reportedly occurred at about 1:50 p.m. on April 2 at Dieppe Bay.<\/p>
