REAL NEWS- Yet another African has been intercepted in another island in his bid to get to the United States of America (USA), a legal source tells REAL News.<\/p>

The source alleges that, on Sunday, March 5, a national of Ghana boarded a flight to Trinidad, which was en route to the USA.<\/p>\n

On arrival in Trinidad, his passport was checked and it was discovered that he did not have a visa to enter an American port.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Reportedly, the source says, he has been detained in Trinidad and is expected to be returned to Antigua on March 9.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Meanwhile, other sources have confirmed to our Newsroom that six Cameroonians had been detained here after they were caught trying to leave Antigua and Barbuda on fake Ghanaian passports.<\/p>\n

However, these sources claim that, after being held for one week at the Immigration Department\u2019s Detention Centre, orders were given \u2013 reportedly by a Government minister \u2013 to release them, pending further investigation.<\/p>

The sources tell our Newsroom that they \u2013 as law-enforcement officers charged with border security \u2013 are \u201calarmed at what is going in Immigration,\u201d especially because the stranded West Africans are being allowed to find employment here.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf they are traveling on fake documents, it means we don\u2019t even know\u00a0who<\/em>\u00a0these persons really are. \u00a0We don\u2019t know anything about their character. \u00a0We don\u2019t know if they had a criminal record back home. \u00a0And they are getting jobs here!\u201d one concerned officer says.<\/p>

\u201cEven people who are born here \u2013 right here in Antigua \u2013 have to show proof of who they are to get a driver\u2019s license; they need a clean police record to get a job. \u00a0How come we\u2019re taking such chances here with strangers?\u201d another one asks, shaking her head.<\/p>
