Lions\u2019 Hot Meals Program<\/p>

The Antigua Lions\u2019 Hot Meals program happens every Wednesday from the Zion Church of God kitchen on North Street.<\/p>\n

There are 30 recipients from the rural areas of Antigua.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>
\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

The meals are collected by members of the Antigua Lions club and distributed to the recipients.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

They are mainly senior-shut-ins and also the Visually Impaired workshop staff that receive hot meals from the Antigua Lions Club.<\/p>\n

This initiative focuses on Hunger within the community of Antigua.<\/p>

The Antigua Lions Club has been organizing hot meals on a weekly basis for the under privilege for over 20 years.<\/p>\n

Fortunately, during the Pandemic, the hot meals program continued in full effect.<\/p>

The recipients are very appreciative and look forward to a healthy, scrumptious hot meal on a weekly basis.<\/p>
