Wednesday November 30, 2022; Antigua and Barbuda \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Taste of Wadadli, A taste of the best of Antiguan & Barbuda will be hosted this year under the umbrella of Tourism Week 2022.\u00a0 The event will be hosted December 9 on the National Holiday V C Bird Day, at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium.\u00a0Starting at 11:00am,<\/strong>\u00a0the Stadium will come alive, showcasing a collection of vendors and artisans representing Antiguan Cuisine and our Heritage and Culture.<\/p>

Patrons coming to enjoy the good eats and products on display will have the bonus treat of witnessing an international Cricket match-up beginning at\u00a02:00pm,<\/strong>\u00a0as the West Indies Women take on England Women.\u00a0 The entire event will be topped off with a LIVE stage show featuring local Band Irie Fire and local soca icon, Tian Winter.<\/p>\n

We cherish our local food, but we also love our culture which will be exhibited through local entertainers who will be engaging patrons throughout the day at the Taste of Wadadli Food and Cultural Fair.\u00a0 There will be local pannist, iron band, marching band and cultural performers making their way through the fair to entertain patrons throughout the day.<\/p>\n

There will be two exciting competitions hosted on the same day –\u00a0The Mixologist Competition,\u00a0<\/strong>as we search for the Destination\u00a0Cocktail of the Year .<\/strong>\u00a0The top 3 Mixologist on island will battle at Half time of the Cricket match at 5:10PM!<\/p>\n

A two-episode reality show will be aired on ABS Television and via our social media Who will be TOP 3 Mixologist to battle HALF TIME?\u00a0 STAY TUNED for air dates.<\/p>

The\u00a0Fire Pit Hot Sauce<\/strong>\u00a0competition will also see five local companies battle to see who will win the title of having the tastiest and most flavourful hot sauce on island and become the\u00a0Destination Hot Sauce of the Year.<\/strong><\/p>
