FULL STATEMENT<\/p>

It has been brought to my attention that my affidavit, along with exhibits and all other documents filed on my behalf in a Judicial Review proceeding currently before the court, have been deliberately, maliciously and highly inappropriately disclosed via social media and are being read publicly on a radio station.<\/p>\n

I hereby notify the public that I am not a party to this wrongful disclosure, nor do I have any knowledge of who did so or how.<\/p>

I strongly condemn this wanton violation of all proper conduct in relation to legal and judicial matters, particularly as the matter is currently sub judice before the High Court of Justice in Antigua and Barbuda.<\/p>

In condemning this clear act of malice which harms the process of justice, I disassociate myself completely from the perpetrators.<\/p>\n
