Work under the Government of Antigua and Barbuda Second Road Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project will see resurfacing work on a section of Old Parham Rd. (OPR) this week. A new traffic management plan (with diversions) is in effect from: Between Nugent Ave (west of YASCO Sport Complex to Coronation Rd. (at HMP) at the Antigua Recreation Grounds (ARG).<\/p>\n

Date: <\/u><\/em><\/strong>Effective Thursday 27th<\/sup> October, 2022<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>

Time: <\/u><\/em><\/strong>8:00 am to 6:00 pm<\/u><\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>

Westbound Traffic Diversion:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

West Bound Traffic on OPR would divert left on Nugent ave, then West on Factory Rd to return to OPR either from Coronation Rd, or from Independence Ave.<\/p>

Eastbound Traffic Diversion:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

East Bound Traffic on OPR from the Roundabout would divert right on to Coronation Rd, then East on Factory Rd, before returning to OPR via Nugent Ave.<\/p>

Northbound Traffic Diversion:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

North Bound Traffic on Independence Ave intending to go East on OPR, shall Divert right on Factory Rd (North of the War Memorial), then left on Coronation Rd to rejoin OPR.<\/p>\n

Northbound traffic on Independence Ave intending to left at the roundabout, shall divert left on to Church St, then right on Church Lane, then right on Newgate St, then left on Cross St to get to Friars Hill Rd.<\/p>\n

Souththbound Traffic Diversion:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Southbound Traffic on Friars Hill Rd intending to get to Independence Ave or OPR shall continue straight at the Friars Hill\/OPR Roundabout on to Cross St, then left on Long St. then towards Independence Ave.<\/p>\n
