Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne has indicated progress has been made to pay severance to former workers of Jolly Beach Resort.<\/p>

The head of government made the announcement on Pointe FM Saturday afternoon, indicating funds have been secured for the payments.<\/p>\n

He also says the government is well on the way to completing the acquisition of the property.<\/p>

The Prime Minister, who also holds the finance portfolio, revealed the information while indicating several investments are in train in the hospitality sector.<\/p>

The Government has explained it is also working to have some rooms at the property ready for occupancy by the end of this year.<\/p>\n
