Nationals and residents\u00a0of\u00a0Antigua\u00a0and Barbuda are strongly advised\u00a0to\u00a0check\u00a0travel\u00a0advisories\u00a0of destination\u00a0countries\u00a0prior\u00a0to travel\u00a0at\u00a0this time.<\/p>\n

The protocols implemented\u00a0are as\u00a0follows:<\/p>

  1. All COVID-l9\u00a0restrictions\u00a0are\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0lifted\u00a0for arriving\u00a0passengers\u00a0by air.<\/li>\n
  2. COVID-|9\u00a0restrictions\u00a0are\u00a0also\u00a0tifted\u00a0for\u00a0persons\u00a0arriving\u00a0by yacht\u00a0or ferry\u00a0services. However,\u00a0all\u00a0marine pleasure\u00a0craft\u00a0and\u00a0ferry\u00a0services\u00a0entering\u00a0the\u00a0waters\u00a0of Antigua\u00a0and\u00a0Barbuda should contact the\u00a0Antigua\u00a0Port\u00a0Authority,\u00a0using\u00a0VHF\u00a0Channel\u00a016,\u00a0at least\u00a0six\u00a0(6) hours\u00a0prior to\u00a0arrival. Instructions\u00a0will\u00a0be given\u00a0to\u00a0guide the crafts\u00a0to\u00a0either\u00a0the\u00a0Nevis\u00a0Street Pier\u00a0or\u00a0English\/Falmouth\u00a0Harbours,\u00a0Jolly Harbour, or other holding\u00a0area.<\/li>\n
  3. Passengers\u00a0arriving\u00a0aboard\u00a0cruise ships are subject to\u00a0the\u00a0protocols\u00a0enforced\u00a0by\u00a0the cruise\u00a0lines\u00a0until\u00a0such time\u00a0as\u00a0the cruise lines\u00a0themselves\u00a0alter\u00a0their\u00a0protocols.<\/li>\n
  4. Visitors\u00a0are\u00a0required\u00a0to\u00a0observe all\u00a0protocols\u00a0as stipulated\u00a0by the\u00a0management\u00a0businesses\u00a0such\u00a0as\u00a0offices,\u00a0banks,\u00a0hotels,\u00a0restaurants\u00a0and\u00a0excursions\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0duration of their trip.<\/li>\n
  5. The wearing\u00a0of\u00a0face\u00a0masks\u00a0and\u00a0social\/physical distancing\u00a0protocols\u00a0in\u00a0public\u00a0spaces\u00a0is\u00a0actively\u00a0encouraged\u00a0throughout\u00a0Antigua and\u00a0Barbuda,\u00a0especially\u00a0wherever there\u00a0are\u00a0gatherings\u00a0of\u00a0significant numbers\u00a0of\u00a0people e.g.,\u00a0ports,\u00a0supermarkets, bars and\u00a0clubs.<\/li>\n
  6. Aniving\u00a0passengers\u00a0with\u00a0symptoms\u00a0of\u00a0COVID-l9 may\u00a0be\u00a0isolated\u00a0as\u00a0determined by the Health Authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Military\u00a0Vessels\/Aircraft and other Watercraft transporting food, medical supplies, humanitarian\u00a0and\u00a0emergency supplies\u00a0will\u00a0be\u00a0required to\u00a0follow\u00a0the Port\u00a0Authority\/Port\u00a0Health Guidelines\u00a0and\u00a0must give prior\u00a0notification\u00a0before arrival.<\/p>

    Any\u00a0restrictions\u00a0for\u00a0maritime\u00a0traffrc, and\u00a0the\u00a0consequential Antigua\u00a0Port Authority\u00a0guidelines,\u00a0shall\u00a0not restrict\u00a0vessels engaged\u00a0in\u00a0innocent\u00a0passage and\/or transit\u00a0passage,\u00a0withinthe territorial\u00a0seas\u00a0and\/or archipelagic waters\u00a0of\u00a0Antigua\u00a0and\u00a0Barbuda,\u00a0under\u00a0the\u00a01982 United\u00a0Nations\u00a0Convention on Law of the\u00a0Sea\u00a0(UNCLOS).<\/p>\n
