NOTICE OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT OF THE WEST INDIES OIL COMPANY LIMITED (WIOC).<\/strong><\/p>

The Board of Directors of The West Indies Oil Company Limited on July 13th<\/sup> adopted a resolution to pay shareholders of record as of July 20th<\/sup>, 2022, a dividend of EC$2.09 per share.<\/p>\n

The dividend payment is the first since the Company\u2019s successful IPO which closed in May 2021 and an important milestone marking the first dividend payments to new shareholders who participated in the IPO.<\/p>

Dividend payments will be processed by the Eastern Caribbean Central Securities Depository (ECCSD), commencing on July 22nd<\/sup>, 2022.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

We encourage shareholders who have opted for direct deposit to allow about three (3) working days for payments to be credited to their account via electronic funds transfer.\u00a0 For payments via cheque, the timing will depend on the postal authorities\u2019 delivery schedule.<\/p>\n
