PV Energy Limited is owned by Peter Virdee, the businessman at the center of bribery\u00a0allegations involving Caribbean\u00a0politicians.<\/p>\n

The General Manager of APUA and the Electricity Manager appeared before the Cabinet to discuss the salient points related to the contractual arrangement with PV Energy\u2014the firm responsible for completing 10 megawatts of green\/solar energy across Antigua and Barbuda.<\/p>

The completion of that contract has been stalled because of demands for payment by PV Energy, in advance of the completion of work not yet undertaken.<\/p>
