48 Police Recruits to Graduate from the Academy –CLICK HERE TO JOIN THE WHATS APP GROUP<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>

Forty-eight police recruits are expecting to be assigned to their new roles in the Police Force, following their graduation from the Sir Wright F. George Police Academy, on\u00a0Thursday 30 June.<\/p>\n

The ceremony starts at 10:00 am, and will be the first in the history of the academy for an event of such to be held during the morning.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

The basic training, which started in January, lasted over a period of 26 weeks and saw a total of 10 females and 38 males covering a wide range of subject areas, to include physical training.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Commissioner Rodney is looking forward to welcoming the new officers, which he said will be a great boost to the human resource of the police force.<\/p>\n

His Excellency, Sir Rodney Williams is expected to be in attendance and will be taking the salute.<\/p>

Other government officials and dignitaries will also be attending the event.<\/p>\n

The last police recruit graduation was held in December 2019, prior to the Covid-19 Pandemic<\/p>
