Milton \u201cJosai\u201d Henry, 68, and 28-year-old Rowel Martin, both of Grays Farm, appeared before Magistrate Dexter Wason in the St. John\u2019s Magistrates\u2019 Court, jointly charged for receiving an iPhone.<\/p>\n

The pair pleaded guilty to the charge.<\/p>

Although Henry was also charged for stealing the phone, he pleaded not guilty to the offence, and the prosecution withdrew the charge against him.<\/p>

During the course of their investigation, the Police say they executed a search warrant at Henry\u2019s residence, but nothing of interest was found.<\/p>\n
