I listened back to the last BROWNE & BROWNE SHOW (Saturday 16th April 2022) and coming to the end of the show a gentleman who resides around the Piccadilly Area called in and vented about some problems he and his family is having with regard to building their home.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

I am affiliated with a gentleman who introduced me the family in question and we were to have gone on a site visit.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

Due to certain circumstances, we have been unable to visit the site thus far.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Numerous persons \u2018IN HIGH QUARTERS\u2019, \u2018IN THE HOUSE OF PARLIAMENT\u2019 and \u2018FRIENDS OF PERSONS IN HIGH QUARTERS AND IN THE HOUSE OF PARLIAMENT\u2019 have called me.<\/p>\n

They advise me that:<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

(a) They have spoken to their \u2018FRIENDS IN HIGH QUARTERS\u2019 and<\/p>\n

\u2018IN THE HOUSE OF PARLIAMENT\u2019 but for some strange<\/p>\n

reason, the issue seems to be a \u2018HOT POTATO\u2019.<\/p>\n

(b) A meeting was held in January 2022 and this meeting was<\/p>\n

chaired by a particular Permanent Secretary.<\/p>\n

Apparently, coming out of the meeting there appeared to<\/p>\n

have been some difference in what was decided upon, but to<\/p>\n

date, the chairman of the meeting is reluctant to say which<\/p>\n

side understood what was decided upon correctly.<\/p>\n

(c) While all of this is going on, a lawyer proposed by way of a<\/p>\n

letter to the family, dated in February 2022, TO BUY THEIR<\/p>\n

PROPERTY (hmmmmm).<\/p>\n

(d) WASTE PIPES from a \u2018neighbor\u2019 are running on the land in<\/p>\n

question (this has been reported to the relevant authorities).<\/p>\n

(e) UNSECURED BOULDERS that pose a threat to the family are<\/p>\n

on the property belonging to a \u2018neighbor\u2019 (this have been<\/p>\n

reported to the relevant authorities).<\/p>\n

When I spoke to family members, I advised them to go see \u2018A SERIOUS LAWYER\u2019 and keep me updated.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I have analyzed the situation from the information available to me and I find:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

(a) It strange that persons \u2018IN HIGH QUARTERS\u2019, \u2018IN THE HOUSE<\/p>\n

OF PARLIAMENT\u2019 and \u2018FRIENDS OF PERSONS IN HIGH<\/p>\n

QUARTERS AND IN THE HOUSE OF PARLIAMENT\u2019 seems to be<\/p>\n

running and hiding. Something smells fish or is it a dead rat\u2026…<\/p>\n

(b) It strange that an offer is being made to the family to purchase<\/p>\n

their property\u2026..<\/p>\n

(c) It strange that at a recent meeting, it is being said that \u2018VIEW\u2019<\/p>\n

of someone will be affected. (This reminds me of when<\/p>\n

Sandals was expanding a few years ago)\u2026..<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I will continue to encourage the family to ACCESS OUR COURTS and fight your case and KEEP TALKING PUBLICLY ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH.<\/p>\n

Look at what former Commissioner of Police (Wendell Robinson) is doing.<\/p>\n

Antigua, let us keep our eyes on this issue.<\/p>\n
