The victim reported his brazen lewd behaviour to a flight attendant and was allowed to move to another seat for the remaining two hours.<\/p>

When interviewed by the FBI in Phoenix, McGarity allegedly admitted to his shocking behaviour and was slapped with federal charges.<\/p>\n

\u201cMcGarity advised he asked the female witness if she minded if he masturbates,\u201d according to the complaint cited by the outlet. \u201cAccording to McGarity, the female witness put her hands in the air and said,\u00a0\u2018It really doesn\u2019t matter.\u2019\u201d<\/p>

\u201cOn April 2, we received reports of inappropriate Customer behaviour on flight 3814 from SEA to PHX. The situation was reported to Crewmembers while inflight, and the Captain contacted law enforcement to meet the aircraft upon arrival,\u201d the rep said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe immediately placed the passenger on our No-Fly List, resulting in a lifetime ban from travelling on Southwest.\u201d<\/p>\n
