The 34-year-old has been valued by Forbes at US $1.7 billion, and ranks at #1,729 on the list, surpassing stars like Jay-Z (#2,076 with US $1.4 billion) and Tyler Perry (#2,578 with US $1 billion).<\/p>\n

Although she first entered the spotlight with her music career, Forbes.com says it was her cosmetics brand Fenty Beauty (co-owned with luxury brand LVMH) that earned her a spot on the list. She owns 50% of the makeup line, and also 30% of the Savage X Fenty lingerie line.<\/p>
