The National Housing Development and Urban Renewal Co. Ltd has become aware of certain erroneous, misleading and fabricated statements made by one Mr. Cortwright Marshall at a UPP political meeting held on 31st<\/sup>\u00a0March 2022 in the village of Sea View Farm.<\/p>

Mr. Cortwright Marshall asserted that lands developed by the National Housing Development and Urban Renewal Co. Ltd in Cades Bay are to be sold at $9 per square foot.<\/p>\n

For the record and the avoidance of any doubt, lands at Cades Bay, managed and developed by National Housing Development and Urban Renewal Company Ltd., are being sold to the residents of the constituency for $6 per square foot inclusive of infrastructure.<\/p>
