Professor Waller\u2019s book presents a roadmap for Digital Transformation and is the first of its kind to offer a guided approach to planning and implementing digital transformation in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs).<\/p>\n

The publication proposes the adoption of a Digital Transformation strategy for HEIs to build resilience, thrive in crises, and become sustainable. It emphasizes the importance of \u201cunderstanding the issues at play” and outlines a step-by-step guide for action.<\/p>

This book, which is Professor Waller\u2019s seventh, was published by Ian Randle Publishers and serves as a valuable resource for anyone involved in Digital Transformation in Higher Education. Professor Waller\u2019s research interests include Digital Transformation Policies and Practice; Electronic Governance, Tourism Resilience, Development Studies, Governance, and Advanced Research Methods.<\/p>\n

A professor of Digital Transformation Policy and Governance at The University of the West Indies (The UWI), he was recently appointed as the new Chair of the UWI\u2019s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Steering Committee. He also leads The UWI\u2019s Digital Transformation Strategic Initiative as the institution embarks on Phase 2 of its \u2018Triple A Strategy\u2019 strategic plan.<\/p>
