Militarily, humans have not defied the prophetic teachings as contained in the \u2018Holy Scriptures.\u2019 <\/strong>As it relates to \u2018War,\u2019<\/strong> though it brings no comfort, the Scripture implores \u2018\u2026Do not be alarmed\u2019<\/strong> [Matthew 24: 6].<\/strong> The unpredictable nature of man, speaks either to looming or the imminence of war. When a powerful nation shows \u2018Militarily Aggression\u2019<\/strong> to another nation, that has been the only time when \u2018Peace\u2019<\/strong> is mentioned. From this perspective, there may be \u2018War without Peace.\u2019<\/strong> However, very unlikely that \u2018Peace\u2019 <\/strong>will prevail without \u2018War.\u2019<\/strong> It has been made sufficiently clear, that the unprovoked \u2018War with Ukraine,\u2019<\/strong> has been the \u2018Pre-determined Military Aim\u2019 <\/strong>of \u2018Russian President Vladimir Putin.\u2019 <\/strong>When such \u2018Aggression\u2019 <\/strong>focuses on \u2018Annexation,\u2019<\/strong> there may be no \u2018Territorial Gain\u2019<\/strong> without infrastructural destruction, death, human suffering and economic pain.<\/p>\n

PERSPECTIVE<\/strong><\/p>

With no expertise in military affairs, warmongering or warfare operations, this commentary is primarily based on research. It looks at the currency of the \u2018Russia\/Ukraine\u2019 <\/strong>military developments. It focuses on \u2018Russia\u2019s<\/strong> incursion into that \u2018Sovereign nation.\u2019<\/strong> Firstly, however, it briefly looks at national personalities in the recent \u2018War of Words.\u2019 <\/strong>Thus, it looks at \u2018\u2026Browne v Watt and Warner\u2019 <\/strong>and the \u2018busty,\u2019 feisty and dramatic \u2018Dame \u2018Washie\u2019 Sherese v DPP.\u2019<\/strong> These appear not to be as horrific as the incursion by \u2018Russia\u2019<\/strong> into \u2018Ukraine,\u2019<\/strong> where, graphic imagery showed \u2018Russian Bombers and Tanks,\u2019 <\/strong>unleashing with merciless consideration and restraint, missiles artillery and mortar shells have been raining upon an innocent and hapless, traumatized and terrified people.<\/p>

RHETORIC AND REALITY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Then \u2018Military Powers,\u2019<\/strong> such as the most potent \u2018North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), <\/strong>allowing and ignoring the \u2018Destructive and Deadly\u2019<\/strong> military course of action\u2019 taken by \u2018Warmongering Russian President, Vladimir Putin,<\/strong>\u2019 to disrupt their lives and livelihood and \u2018World Peace.\u2019 <\/strong>Even as the people desperately seek refuge, taking risks to escape from the wrath and ruthlessness of the \u2018Russian War Machine,\u2019<\/strong> they continue to spew political \u2018Rhetoric\u2019<\/strong> than face \u2018Reality.\u2019<\/strong> All hiding under the guise of not wanting to escalate the situation. Nothing could be further from the truth, that they are all afraid of the \u2018Russian Warmonger, -Vladimir Putin.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>

DECEPTION AND DENIAL<\/strong><\/p>\n

Today, warmongering nations have yet to dispossess themselves of the notion that war-making is as necessary as car-making. This may have been made evident when warmongering \u2018Russian President Vladimir Putin,\u2019<\/strong> skillfully fronted with \u2018Deception and Denial\u2019<\/strong> that war was intended when he was amassing his \u2018Military Machine\u2019<\/strong> along the \u2018Russian and Belarusian Borders.\u2019 <\/strong>Every nation knows that likened to \u2018Light of day\u2019<\/strong> and \u2018Darkness of night,\u2019<\/strong> there can be no \u2018Peace\u2019<\/strong> without \u2018War.\u2019<\/strong> Consequent upon man\u2019s propensities in inflicting harm on others, life has been made more difficult, unlivable, unbearable and miserable. But these, are among the \u2018Inevitable Consequences\u2019<\/strong> of war.<\/p>

PEACE AND WAR<\/strong><\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

In spite of an enlightened human civilization, and continuing efforts to ensure that \u2018Commonsense and Peace\u2019<\/strong> prevail, humans continue to make it clear that \u2018Peace and War\u2019<\/strong> could never co-exist. Such, non-co-existence not only speaks to the harsh realities of life, but also suggests that as humans socialize or seek to establish and build relations or forge stronger links, man must fight. Specific to those endeavoring to position themselves for \u2018World Dominance,\u2019<\/strong> while in some land-grabbing wars, there will always be territorial gains or losses. That, undoubtedly, is what war is all about. Extending this assertion to nations and their leaders, some will always find something to fight for, or over. In the process, and apart from combatants, many innocent people will die, many will be wounded and many will suffer.<\/p>\n

WAR OF WORDS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Then in retrospection, it looks at; (a) \u2018\u2026The Cuban Missile Crisis<\/strong>: and (b) \u2026The Japanese experiences of war;<\/strong> its debilitating effects upon people, infrastructure, national economies and by extension, the global community. Undoubtedly, some wars would be \u2018officiously, vexatiously or acrimoniously\u2019 waged and annoyingly fought by \u2018Words.\u2019<\/strong> These \u2018Word Wars,\u2019 <\/strong>except provoke consternation, they bear no significance, neither to the economic development or financial well-being; nor seek to improve the quality of life or educational enlightenment of the citizenry. This may have been seen, as in the cases of the nation\u2019s indomitable; (i) \u2018\u2026Prime Minister Gaston Browne\u2019 <\/strong>and \u2018<\/strong>Media owner\/radio host\/parliamentary prospect, \u2018Algernon \u2018Serpent\u2019 Watt.\u2019 <\/strong>Where he sees parliamentary success, \u2018PM Browne\u2019 <\/strong>sees his unelectability [ANR: July 25, 2020]; <\/strong><\/p>\n

WARS OF ATTRITION<\/strong><\/p>\n

There was the \u2018War of Attrition\u2019<\/strong> between \u2018PM Browne and Professional\/Private Fraud Investigator, Kem Warner.\u2019 <\/strong>He asserted that \u2018PM Browne\u2019<\/strong> was \u2018Playing on Words\u2019<\/strong> [Real News: Antigua: March 7, 2022]. Refuting statements he considered starved for truth \u2018PM Browne\u2019 <\/strong>countered with \u2018Documentary Evidence\u2019 <\/strong>that revealed legitimately-paid \u2018Contractual Investigative Fees.\u2019<\/strong> Then there was the pugnacious \u2018Dame Sherese \u2018Washie\u2019 Bramble v The DPP\u2019 [ANR: March 12, 2022]. <\/strong>The unrelenting, ill-mannered, provocative and effeminate \u2018Damsel\u2019 <\/strong>who reportedly posted uncomplimentary comments, more vexatious to the spirit than his \u2018busty\u2019 appearance. From a litigious perspective, those comments were said to be capable of being described as; \u2018\u2026Malicious, callous and reckless.\u2019<\/strong> This ends the \u2018War of Words.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

DELUSIONAL – INTENT- RESOLVE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Then there are other wars that are fought militarily. Such might be seen from the \u2018Invasive Russian War Machine\u2019 <\/strong>onto \u2018Ukrainian territory\u2019 [BBC: February 24, 2022]. <\/strong>Whether or not \u2018Russian President Vladimir Putin\u2019 <\/strong>may have been seen as \u2018Delusional,\u2019 <\/strong>none may harbor \u2018Illusions\u2019<\/strong> over the \u2018Intent and Resolve.\u2019<\/strong> Geographically, while \u2018Russian Bombs\u2019<\/strong> may not necessarily drop from the sky, and artillery or missiles may not reach these defenceless and economic-malnourished nations, as a result of the \u2018Military Incursion\u2019<\/strong> into Ukraine, regional people may still feel the devastating effects of such incursion.<\/p>\n

RAVAGES OF WAR<\/strong><\/p>\n

Likened to yesteryear, there is much more to worry about today, than to be fearful of. Speaking to the \u2018Ravages of War,\u2019 <\/strong>history has shown frightening toll on human lives. The global impact of war has seen and heard of; (a)<\/strong> \u2018\u2026Exodus of traumatized and horrified people fleeing to safety; with (b) <\/strong>\u2026Mass killings and burials.\u2019 Then there are; (c) \u2026Cries of financial crunch and economic hardship; (d) <\/strong>\u2026Displaced populations seeking refuge in neighboring countries; (e)<\/strong> \u2026Being forced to live and survive under horrendous or sub-human conditions: (f)<\/strong> \u2026Inadequacy of accommodation; (g)<\/strong> \u2026Budgetary constraints; (h)<\/strong> \u2026Soaring prices of oil and gas, consumable and non-consumable commodities; and (i) \u2026Scarcity of basic essentials.\u2019 These not only speak to the \u2018Ravages of War,\u2019<\/strong> but also to human sufferings of one kind or another.<\/p>\n

MILITARILY ROGUISH<\/strong><\/p>\n

History has also shown that \u2018Russia\u2019<\/strong> never trusted the \u2018United States of America.\u2019<\/strong> Conversely, the \u2018United States\u2019<\/strong> never trust \u2018Russia.\u2019<\/strong> Such distrust has led both nations to secretly develop bombs described as: (a) \u2018\u2026Hydrogen: (b) \u2026Atomic: and (c) \u2026Nuclear.<\/strong>\u2019 These, particularly \u2018A and C,\u2019<\/strong> have been considered as \u2018Weapons of Mass Destruction.\u2019 <\/strong>Even so, there comes a time when a \u2018State\u2019 <\/strong>for its own cause, justified or unjustified, may behave \u2018Militarily Roguish.\u2019 <\/strong>Research has shown that the \u2018Republic of Russia\u2019 <\/strong>was well known for such characterization.<\/p>\n

BIOLOGICAL: -CHEMICAL \u2013 GERM WARFARE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Research has also shown that no \u2018Hydrogen Bombs\u2019<\/strong> were used in the two \u2018World Wars.\u2019 <\/strong>Such bomb was described as \u2018\u2026Immensely powerful, utilizing explosive fusion of hydrogen nuclei\u2019 [Oxford Dictionary]. <\/strong>Today, though reluctantly, wars may easily be declared, fought and won in relatively quick time. That which seems optionally stock-piled in arsenal has been \u2018Biological, Chemical or Germ Warfare Weapons.\u2019 <\/strong>These speak to the use of bacteria in helping to achieve military objectives. Today, this might be dependent, either upon the dictates of circumstance or that situationally demands.<\/p>\n

PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE<\/strong><\/p>\n

There has also been the \u2018Geneva Protocol\u2019<\/strong> of which several nations were said to have neither signed, nor acceded [1925].<\/strong> These are not for optional use in War. <\/strong>Some military analysts have suggested that while his \u2018Military War Machine\u2019<\/strong> went on the warpath, the \u2018Russian President,\u2019<\/strong> added another strategy by employing \u2018Psychological Warfare,\u2019<\/strong> intended deter any form of foreign intervention. The \u2018Geneva Protocol\u2019<\/strong> strictly prohibits the use of \u2018Chemical and Biological <\/strong>Weapons in war\u2019 [UN: May\/June 1925].<\/strong> These has the capability of eliminating humans from the face of the earth, without causing infrastructural damage.<\/p>\n

COLD WAR PERIOD<\/strong><\/p>\n

The \u2018Cold War Period\u2019 [March 12, 1947 \u2013 December 3, 1989], <\/strong>reportedly saw that which war experts described as the \u2018Arms Race.<\/strong>\u2019 This race saw both \u2018Russia\u2019<\/strong> and the \u2018United States,\u2019 <\/strong>developing, not just \u2018Weapons of a Description,\u2019<\/strong> but also \u2018Weapons of Mass Destruction.\u2019<\/strong> This also saw the proliferation of weapons and military hardware. Further research speaks to the uses of these substances or toxic proportions of chemical substances to; (a) \u2018\u2026Kill; (b) \u2026Injure; or (c) \u2026Incapacitate the enemy in warfare and associated military operations\u2019 [ScienceDirect]. <\/strong>Respecting their use, there has also been the \u2018Brussels Declarations,\u2019 <\/strong>said to remain \u2018Unratified\u2019 [1874].<\/strong><\/p>\n

DESTRUCTIVE AND DEADLY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Likened to the family and other free institutions or organizations, for a stable environment, \u2018Discipline and Restraint\u2019<\/strong> are not only key element for effective management, but also of critical importance to effective parental control. The same is true of members of the global community. Thus, nations within the \u2018United Nations,\u2019<\/strong> and signatories to; (a) \u2018\u2026Agreements; (b) \u2026Treaties; (c) \u2026Resolutions; (d) \u2026Declarations; (e) \u2026Conventions; and (f) \u2026Protocols,\u2019<\/strong> shall not only be given national ratification, but also shall be mindful of their obligations to each other and generally, to the international community. These, however, appear not to have sufficient deterrence for any of the \u2018Super Powers.\u2019<\/strong> If it were not so, then the \u2018Russian War Machine\u2019<\/strong> may not have been imposing its military \u2018Might and Will\u2019<\/strong> on the \u2018Ukrainian\u2019<\/strong> nation in the most \u2018Destructive and Deadly\u2019<\/strong> way.<\/p>\n

SUPER POWERS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Whether or not nations might be so inclined to be fully compliant to these, most likely, such compliance necessitates acute consideration, situationally or circumstantially. No doubt, this is within the knowledge of all the leaders of the \u2018World\u2019s Super Powers.\u2019 <\/strong>In this particular grouping, the nations that have been so identified are; (i) \u2018\u2026The United States of America: (ii): \u2026China (iii) \u2026Russia; (iv) \u2026India: and (v) \u2026The European Union.\u2019 <\/strong>Those with membership in the \u2018European Union,\u2019<\/strong> were said to have been less war-like. No matter what \u2018Relations\u2019<\/strong> they may have established with \u2018Foreign Nations,\u2019<\/strong> these nations are well known for protecting their national \u2018Security and Economic Interests.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

COMBATIVE JAPANESE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Well positioned, for reasons of their large national economies and superior military armament, these nations, either singularly or grouped together, have referred to themselves as the \u2018Super Powers\u2019 <\/strong>of the world. Most have developed all kinds of weapons, including those for mass destruction of humans. Before it was regarded as a \u2018Super Power,\u2019<\/strong> the \u2018United States,\u2019<\/strong> well advanced in technology, reportedly developed the \u2018Atomic Bomb.\u2019<\/strong> History has shown that in the \u2018Second World War,<\/strong>\u2019 the \u2018Combative Japanese<\/strong>\u2019 nation saw \u2018US Bombers\u2019<\/strong> dropping two \u2018Atomic Bombs\u2019<\/strong> with destructive and deadly consequences.<\/p>\n

PUNISHING AND PERISHING<\/strong><\/p>\n

The targets: (i) \u2018\u2026The cities of Hiroshima; and (ii) \u2026Nagasaki\u2019 [August 6 \u2013 August 9, 1945]. <\/strong>On that day, the \u2018Japanese Survivors\u2019<\/strong> would have heard the \u2018Sound of Thunder\u2019<\/strong> and felt the earth quaked.\u2019<\/strong> Research has shown that the \u20185-Ton Bomb\u2019<\/strong> dropped on the former target saw some \u20184 square miles of the city reduced to ruins.\u2019<\/strong> It resulted in a casualty count of \u201880, 000.\u2019<\/strong> The latter city also saw high casualties. A similar-sized bomb accounted for the tragic loss of some \u201897, 000\u2019 people,<\/strong> most of whom were said to be civilians. Historians believed that the two bombs killed between \u2018129, 000 and 226, 000 people\u2019 [Wikipedia: WWI: 1914-1918<\/strong> Inescapable, that nation was faced with the \u2018Punishing and Perishing Bombing\u2019<\/strong> of the defiant Japanese nation. After the carnage and destruction, in six days of combat and resistance, all streaks of defiance were over. Japan surrendered\u2019 [WW II: 1939-1945]. <\/strong>That nation reportedly surrendered. Many lived to recount the harrowing experiences. These speak to the \u2018Deadly Consequences of War.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

CUBAN MISSILE CRISIS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Even after the \u2018ravages, deadly consequences and destructive effects of \u2018Two World Wars [WWI: 1937 \u2013 193: WWII: 1939 – 1945], <\/strong>nations continue declare and wage war against each other. A look back into the era of the \u2018Cuban Missile Crisis\u2019<\/strong> has shown the situation then, that has bedeviled the \u2018Cuban people\u2019 <\/strong>for decades. Its ties with the then \u2018Socialist Republic of Russia\u2019<\/strong> and their embraced communist ideologies, has resulted in a \u2018Super Power Blockade.\u2019<\/strong> Such saw a stagnated and crippled economy; shattered dreams and hopes of every \u2018Cuban national.<\/p>\n

ROGUISH AND BELLIGERENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Instructively, nations with hardly anything to protect, have been most accommodating to those considered \u2018Super Powers.\u2019 <\/strong>For instance, the \u2018United States,\u2019<\/strong> fearing that \u2018Russia\u2019<\/strong> might become \u2018Roguish and Belligerent,\u2019 <\/strong>allied itself with the \u2018European nations – Italy and Turkey.\u2019<\/strong> Both allowed for the deployment of the \u2018American Jupiter Missiles\u2019 <\/strong>within their borders [1962].<\/strong> Such alliance, marked the beginning of \u2018Military Crisis.\u2019<\/strong> The \u2018Russians\u2019<\/strong> fearing that the United States\u2019 might become overly adventurous, allied with \u2018Cuba,\u2019<\/strong> and deployed the \u2018Russian R-2 Dvina Missiles.\u2019 <\/strong>They were both fearful of the \u2018Jupiter and Dvina Missiles.\u2019 <\/strong><\/p>\n

BELLIGERENT ATTITUDE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Almost sunken to the depth of despair and bringing upon them untold miseries, the \u2018Cuban people\u2019 <\/strong>showed a resiliency and resolve, unmatched to people that had faced any of the \u2018Super Powers.\u2019 <\/strong>It is to global knowledge most industrialized nations with large economies, <\/strong>continue to produce, sell to other nations or caused to be deployed in strategic places under the guise of protecting \u2018National Security Interests.\u2019 <\/strong>Today, many people then not born will have read from \u2018War History,\u2019<\/strong> the \u2018Belligerent Attitude\u2019<\/strong> of \u2018Russian President Nikita Khrushchev\u2019 [1894-1971]. <\/strong>Seemingly testing the resolve of \u2018United States President, John Fitzgerald Kennedy\u2019 <\/strong>almost triggered \u2018World War III.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

MILITARY IMBALANCE<\/strong><\/p>\n

The \u2018US President\u2019<\/strong> was adamant that other than \u2018Hurricanes,<\/strong>\u2019 any \u2018Russian Missile-Carrying Ships\u2019<\/strong> crossing the \u2018Atlantic Ocean\u2019 <\/strong>shall be submerged beneath the Ocean. Not wanting anything that close to their respective borders, both nations embarked upon a hostile path of agitation. Intending no \u2018Military Imbalance,\u2019<\/strong> then \u2018Russian President Nikita Khrushchev\u2019<\/strong> appeared insistent in deployment of the \u2018Russian Missiles.\u2019<\/strong> The then \u2018President of the United States John F. Kennedy\u2019 <\/strong>saw endangerment to the \u2018National Security.\u2019<\/strong> When he reportedly dispatched more of the mind-pestering missiles to \u2018Cuba,\u2019<\/strong> adamant and resolute that no such balance existed, then \u2018United States President <\/strong>imposed that which historian described as \u2018Quarantine\u2019 [Wikipedia: October 28, 1962].<\/strong><\/p>\n

RESPONSIVE AND RESOLUTE <\/strong><\/p>\n

The \u2018Russian President\u2019<\/strong> reportedly dispatched \u2018Silos and Missiles\u2019 <\/strong>aboard ships destined to the \u2018Caribbean Island of Cuba\u2019 [Wikipedia: 1962]. <\/strong>Then, \u2018United States President John Fitzgerald Kennedy\u2019 [1917-1963],<\/strong> would have no such missiles threateningly deployed close to the nation\u2019s borders. Responding with Resoluteness,\u2019<\/strong> thereby showing strength of character and strong \u2018Presidential Leadership,\u2019<\/strong> he reportedly ordered the nation\u2019s \u2018Military Commanders\u2019 to deploy the \u2018Armed Forces\u2019 <\/strong>and take whatever action was considered appropriate and proportionate to any existing threat, in protecting the nation\u2019s Security interests.<\/p>\n

PRESIDENTIAL LEADERSHIP<\/strong><\/p>\n

Looked at from today\u2019s perspective, the \u2018Russian R-2 Dvina Missiles\u2019 <\/strong>may have been regarded as a \u2018Virus of War\u2019 [Harry Josiah: March 10, 2022]. <\/strong>Clearly, no \u2018President,\u2019 <\/strong>then and now, would have wanted \u2018Virus nor Variant<\/strong>\u2019 spreading across the \u2018Caribbean.<\/strong>\u2019 It was not only incumbent that \u2018President Kennedy\u2019<\/strong> demonstrated undaunted and formidable \u2018Presidential Leadership,\u2019<\/strong> but with promptitude ordered their non-deployment. Social commentator, \u2018Slinger Francisco, \u2018Mighty Sparrow\u2019<\/strong> brought world attention in a song, thus relating just what the \u2018President\u2019 <\/strong>ordered.<\/p>\n

MILITARY TONIC- SSS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Taking a firm position against deployment of such missiles, ordered that any \u2019Retaliation\u2019 <\/strong>shall be met with \u2018Explosion.\u2019<\/strong> Harboring no illusions over what may have been the \u2018Presidential Resolve,\u2019<\/strong> the \u2018Russian President\u2019 <\/strong>then ordered the return of the \u2018R-2 Dvina Missiles\u2019 <\/strong>back to \u2018Russia.\u2019 <\/strong>Whatever may have been intended, presidential wisdom prevailed and this allowed for the \u2018Cuban Missile Crisis,\u2019<\/strong> to be peacefully resolved. Slinger Francisco, Mighty Sparrow\u2019<\/strong> provides an understanding of the \u2018Presidential Order\u2019 <\/strong>regarding the ships and missiles. He sang; \u2018\u2026Stop; \u2026Search; and \u2026Sink <\/strong>them to the bottom of the ocean\u2019 [1962; Song: Kennedy is the Man for Them: YouTube]. <\/strong>\u00a0These constituted the \u2018Military Tonic-SSS.\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

DELUSIONAL OR DICTATORIAL<\/strong><\/p>\n

The nations that have been so called, appear always in quest of opportunities to declare or wage wars against those with negligible military power or capabilities. Invariably, one of these leaders becomes \u2018Delusional or Dictatorial.\u2019<\/strong> His ego is boosted, as to harbor feelings of grandeur and superiority. Considering himself and nations a notch or two above the others, see themselves as among the powerful and mighty. With \u2018War Machines\u2019 <\/strong>and other sophisticated \u2018Weapons of War,\u2019<\/strong> domineering nations are often well-positioned to inflict pre-emptive strikes. Thus, with adequate air cover, ground control and a large marine fleet, there are no restrictions to the use of the \u2018Skies; Seas; and the Land\u2019 <\/strong>over their territorial borders. They were all kept on tenterhooks. From a distance, he kept the rest of the international community uneasily and speculatively watching. Seemingly endowed with the \u2018Spirit of Discernment,\u2019<\/strong> he may have concluded that \u2018Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy\u2019<\/strong> was \u2018Flirting with Military Danger.\u2019 <\/strong>The developments in \u2018Ukraine\u2019<\/strong> prompts \u2018Today\u2019s Question;\u2019 \u2018Who may sing who is the man for Russian President, Vladimir Putin?\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

COLLUSION AND COLLABORATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Suspicious of the \u2018Russian President\u2019s intention the \u2018United States warned \u2018Western and European\u2019<\/strong> leaders that something was about to develop. The \u2018Russian President\u2019<\/strong> had placed them in a state of anxiety and uncertainty. They had observed lengthy military convoys of equipment and ground troops being amassed along its western border. When amassment of those troops was further extended along the borders of neighboring \u2018Belarus\u2019 <\/strong>nation, \u2018Ukrainian and <\/strong>world leaders were not na\u00efve, but suspected that authorities were acting collaboratively with one of the world\u2019s \u2018Super Powers.\u2019 <\/strong><\/p>\n

CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Given his apparent complicit role in the unfolding military developments, \u2018Ukrainian President \u2018Volodymyr Zelensky\u2019 <\/strong>may have been given good reasons that his \u2018Belarusian\u2019<\/strong> presidential counterpart, \u2018Alexander Grigoryevich Lukashenko,\u2019 <\/strong>has committed the \u2018Cardinal Sin of Treachery.<\/strong>\u2019 He had treacherously collaborated with the belligerent warmongering \u2018Russian President, Vladimir Putin.\u2019 <\/strong>He had allowed the amassment of \u2018Russian Military Units\u2019<\/strong> along \u2018Belarusian Border,\u2019<\/strong> to wage war against the \u2018Ukrainian\u2019<\/strong> people, their nation\u2019s territory and sovereignty.\u2019 This not only constituted a grievous \u2018Act of War,\u2019<\/strong> but also colluding with a \u2018Super Power\u2019 <\/strong>in committing grave \u2018Crimes Against Humanity.\u2019 <\/strong><\/p>\n

SECURITY CONCERNS<\/strong><\/p>\n

That which might be said of the \u2018Warmongering President,\u2019<\/strong> is that he appeared decisive and resolute and strategically and operationally adept.\u2019 He showed no prior hostilities or aggressive intent toward the \u2018Ukrainian nation, people and Government.<\/strong>\u2019 Uttering no veil threats, and giving no warnings of that which he may have conjured up in the mind of the \u2018Super Power President\u2019<\/strong> were two \u2018Security Concerns\u2019 that; (i) \u2018\u2026Ukraine could gain no membership on the \u2018North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO); and (ii) \u2026No silos with foreign-made missiles or warheads\u2019 were to be deployed in close proximity of his territorial borders.<\/strong>\u2019 At least, not under his presidential watch.<\/p>\n

AGITATED AND AGGRESSIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ensuring that there was some semblance of \u2018Military Balance,\u2019<\/strong> the allied nations combined their \u2018National Resources\u2019<\/strong> in establishing the \u2018North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).<\/strong>\u2019 As far as \u2018Military Action\u2019<\/strong> was concerned, no one nation shall dictate courses of events. Clearly, \u2018Russian\u2019<\/strong> authorities know that this organization, with alliance relationship with \u2018United States,\u2019 <\/strong>could pose serious threats to its \u2018National Security.\u2019<\/strong> Thus, it became militarily \u2018Agitated and Aggressive.\u2019<\/strong> Consequently, when \u2018Russian President Vladmir Putin\u2019<\/strong> reportedly placed his \u2018Nuclear Deterrence Forces\u2019<\/strong> on \u2018High Alert,\u2019<\/strong> reasonable inferences might be drawn of his contemplation of using them, if necessity so dictates [Guardian: February 27, 2022].<\/p>\n

WARMONGERING PRESIDENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Still, real or imaginary, \u2018the \u2018Russian President\u2019 <\/strong>may have seen threats to its \u2018Sovereignty and National security,<\/strong> even where none may have existed. <\/strong>That which shall have been foremost in his thought, may have been careful assessment of the individual and collective strengths and weaknesses of the membership of the \u2018United Nation.\u2019<\/strong> He may have observed their uncertainties, indecision and fears. The \u2018Warmongering Russian President\u2019<\/strong> appeared to have correctly assessed the situation. Then at the opportune time, his \u2018War Machine\u2019<\/strong> moved into action from where the troops and convoys of military vehicles were strategically placed and poised for the carefully planned military operations on \u2018Ukrainian\u2019 soil. <\/strong><\/p>\n

DELUSIONAL OR DECEPTIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Though said to be a nation without allies, and has no membership in any military threat-posing group, \u2018Russia\u2019<\/strong> was said to have harbored fears when it reportedly applied for membership in the \u2018European Union (NATO).\u2019 <\/strong>Knowing that which was contemplated, when it became obvious that \u2018Invasion of Ukraine\u2019<\/strong> was imminent, \u2018Russian President Vladimir Putin\u2019 <\/strong>speaking calmly, but \u2018Deceptively,\u2019 brushed aside the suggestion. Whether or not driven by \u2018Delusion or Deception,\u2019<\/strong> one of the \u2018Super Powers\u2019 ordered \u2018Russian Aggression\u2019 by<\/strong> \u2018Military Incursion\u2019<\/strong> into \u2018Ukraine.\u2019<\/strong> Thus, under cover of darkness its \u2018Superior War Machine\u2019<\/strong>, unleashed a massive artillery bombardment upon those nations unmatched military and hapless people.<\/p>\n

SHOCK AND AWE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Expecting negative reactions, he would only acknowledge that \u2018Joint Military Exercises\u2019<\/strong> were to be conducted by the two friendly nations- \u2018Russia and Belarus.\u2019<\/strong> Friendly only unto themselves. This was not neither bought by the \u2018European Union\u2019<\/strong> nations, nor by their friendly Western ally- \u2018United States of America.\u2019 <\/strong>When the invasion started, satellite imagery and television footage revealed a destructive and deadly \u2018Military Onslaught\u2019 <\/strong>being descended upon \u2018Ukraine.\u2019 <\/strong>This speaks to \u2018President Putin\u2019s \u2018Military Adventurism\u2019 and \u2018Roguish Behavior.\u2019 <\/strong>Instantly, \u2018Ukrainians\u2019 <\/strong>became terror-stricken, while the \u2018United Nations\u2019 <\/strong>and the rest of the international community themselves were left in \u2018Shock and Awe.\u2019 <\/strong>They all reeled in anguish over the senseless incursive military operation [February 24, 2022].<\/strong><\/p>\n

HANDS-OFF APPROACH<\/strong><\/p>\n

The \u2018Ukrainian\u2019<\/strong> nation was said to be under subjection of intense and unrelenting bombardment with \u2018Cluster Bombs\u2019<\/strong> from \u2018Air, Land and Sea.\u2019<\/strong> Seemingly discouraged by the alert of the \u2018Russian Nuclear Forces,\u2019 <\/strong>nations with deterrent military capabilities, appeared unmoved. Cessation of bombardment was said to be dependent upon \u2018Ukraine\u2019s<\/strong> ultimate surrender to the \u2018Russian Military.\u2019 <\/strong>While many of these nations and the umbrella \u2018United Nations (UN),<\/strong> have expressed condemnation, rather disappointingly, they have chosen the \u2018Hands-off Approach.\u2019<\/strong> Likened to some nation\u2019s \u2018House Ways and Means Committee,\u2019<\/strong> as these nations desperately look for ways to impose sanctions on \u2018Russian Renegade Brigade\u2019<\/strong> missiles, cluster bombs and mortar shells\u2019 found intended and non-intended targets.<\/p>\n

MILITARISTIC POSTURE<\/strong><\/p>\n

For reasons of infirmities and physical restrictiveness, most were said to have been unable to flee to safe territorial havens. Many disabled men, women and children desperately endeavored to escape from the overhead bombardment from \u2018Roaring Russian Fighter Jets.\u2019 <\/strong>With sustained momentum, frighteningly and indiscriminately, bombs and artillery shells dropped with telling effect upon those fleeing and seeking refuge.<\/p>\n
