The Antigua and Barbuda Reparations Support Commission (ABRSC), wishes to congratulate Chairman Dorbrene O\u2019Marde, who today, officially received his instrument of Appointment as Ambassador-at-large with responsibility for Antigua and Barbuda Reparatory Justice Programme.<\/p>

Ambassador O\u2019Marde is currently the Chairman for the Antigua and Barbuda Reparation Support Commission and also serves as the Vice-Chair of the CARICOM Reparations Commission (CRC), led by Sir Hilary Beckles.<\/p>\n

O\u2019Marde is an author and is known for his illustrious career in culture, history, theatre and music throughout the Caribbean region. He was first appointed as Ambassador-at-Large in 2017 and reappointed in 2020.<\/p>
