The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment revealed twenty-five (25) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Wednesday 12th January, 2022 at 6pm.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

 <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

One hundred and sixteen (116) samples were processed.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Sixty-five (65) recovered cases were recorded.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

One (1) COVID-19 related death was recorded at Sir Lester Bird Medical Center.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is five thousand three hundred and forty-six (5,346); which is inclusive of nine hundred and eighty-six twenty-five (985) active cases. There are nine (9) hospitalized cases; five (5) moderate and four (4) mild.<\/p>\n
