Earlier this year Paradise Found restructured dormant subsidiary entities, whose
\nnames are “Paradise Found (Palmetto) Ltd.” and “Paradise Found (Barbuda)
\nLtd.”.<\/p>

Each of these entities were dormant since their formation and, thus, Paradise
\nFound elected to dissolve them.<\/p>\n
