St. John\u2019s, Antigua: Delacia Francis of Union Road Hatton is the winner of the 2021 Rotary Club of Antigua\u2019s Car Raffle.<\/p>

Francis was recently presented with a brand-new Honda Fit compliments Antigua Motors during a brief ceremony which took place on the car retailer\u2019s compound.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

She also received one year of complimentary insurance from Anjo Insurance and one year of road side assistance.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am very happy for this blessing. It is very timely; I really needed a car. I bought a raffle book as I have in the past. I have always supported Rotary\u2019s efforts to raise funds and I am happy that I was able to play a part in giving back to the community in my small way and now I am a winner\u201d, Francis joyfully explained.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

General Manager at Antigua Motors, Paul Ryan, said that the company is elated to partner with the Rotary Club in the endeavour.<\/p>\n

He wished Francis all the best as she embarked on a new journey as the owner of a vehicle.<\/p>

Anjo Insurances\u2019 representative, Harry Hobson, said the company is pleased to provide the first year of insurance to Ms Francis.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

\u201cWe are confident that the insurance provided is first class and we wish her nothing but safety and security on her journey\u201d.<\/p>\n

President of the Rotary Club of Antigua, Joanna Spencer, extended words of congratulations to Francis and thanked her for supporting the Club\u2019s efforts.<\/p>\n

She also expressed her profound gratitude to everyone who bought tickets or a book and to Rotarians who sold tickets for their support.<\/p>\n

She added that the Club is continuously seeking innovative ways to foster a positive community.<\/p>\n
