This serves as notice to allow for the safety of road users during construction works associated with the Government of Antigua and Barbuda\u2019s Road Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project <\/strong>which is a grant being provided by the United Kingdom Caribbean Infrastructure Partnership Fund (UKCIF). The project is now at phase two (2) \u2013 <\/strong>From West Indies Oil Pond to the Public Cemetery.<\/p>

ON SUNDAY 8th<\/sup> April, 2018:\u00a0 A section of Friars Hill Road will be closed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>DURATION: <\/strong>ONE (1) DAY<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

DIVERSION(S):<\/strong> Mahogany Drive<\/strong> (opposite the public cemetery and Lauchchland Benjamin Drive<\/strong> (the road leading through Woods Mall)<\/p>\n

ONLY A SECTION OF THE ROAD WILL REMAIN CLOSED: On Friars Hill Road – <\/strong>near the woods pond will be closed for the installation of a metal sleeve beneath the road pavement. \u00a0Road users are urged to exercise extreme caution when traversing in the construction site. \u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

Warning signs will be visible for all road users who are being asked to proceed with caution for the duration of the road works. Local access will be maintained.<\/p>

No parking will be allowed along main roads or side roads in the area.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
