In a message posted on its Twitter account, the Foreign Ministry hailed the date and described the bilateral ties of friendship, solidarity and cooperation as unbreakable.<\/p>

Antigua and Barbuda has maintained extensive technical cooperation and exchanges in the framework of educational and health programs with the Caribbean nation.<\/p>\n

Both nations are members of regional blocs such as the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States and the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-People\u2019s Trade Treaty.<\/p>

They are also members of the Association of Caribbean States and the United Nations, where Antigua and Barbuda has condemned the blockade against Cuba.<\/p>
