Attorney-at-law Leon Chaku Symister says the Government\u2019s vaccination mandates continue to cause some level of segregation among the population.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

In its most recent guideline related to the return of face-to-face learning, the Cabinet says that schools have no obligation to provide online instruction to students who have not taken the COVID-19 vaccine.<\/p>\n

Symister says these mandates pit the vaccinated against the unvaccinated, and also create isolation that is based on a number of distinctions, including health.<\/p>

Today, October 28, parents of the graduating class of the Grace Christian Academy were informed that they will not be allowed to attend the ceremony tomorrow, Friday, unless they can show evidence of vaccination.<\/p>

According to a letter signed by the school\u2019s principal, she was informed of this condition by the Ministry of Education\u2019s Education Officer for Zone 4.<\/p>\n

Reportedly, the news is not going down well with parents who have already planned for their children\u2019s big day and have paid the relevant fees for the graduation exercise.<\/p>
