DEAR EDITOR:<\/strong><\/p>

It is with a heavy heart and sound mind I sit and write this article, knowing that it may never leave the newsroom.<\/p>\n

But if it does, we the staff at the ABTB attached to the Motorpool department are seeking the correct procedure in asking for the removal of our board members.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

 <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Constantly victimized by managers and heads of department, we are ready to take a stand and we really draw the line now.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

How can there be a board that is supposed to fight for the rights of their staff, turn a blind eye to the things that take place on an everyday basis.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

When the staff are finished working, we would like to feel confident enough in knowing that there is a work bus to take us home after a long day\u2019s work.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

Today the majority of the staff were left at the roadside without any form of transportation.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

How is it ok to treat your staff this way? We called on union reps everyone no one hear the cries of our mistreatment.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I hope ABTB is ready for the upcoming backlash that is about to happen.<\/p>\n
