 <\/p>\n

The most recent report received by the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment from the Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre and the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) revealed forty-five (45) new laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda as of Monday 11th October 2021 at 6pm.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

 <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

One hundred and nineteen (119) samples were processed at Sir Lester Bird Medical Centre and eighty (80) at CARPHA.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

One hundred and seven (107) recovered cases were recorded increasing the total to two thousand eight hundred and twenty (2,820).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Consequently, the total number of persons with laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Antigua and Barbuda is three thousand eight hundred and seventeen (3,817); which is inclusive of nine hundred and four (904) active cases.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

There are thirty-one (31) hospitalized cases; seventeen (17) mild, eight moderate and six (6) severe.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Antigua and Barbuda has fully vaccinated forty five thousand and eighty-eight (45,088) individuals while nine thousand six hundred and seventy (9,670) have only received their first dose.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n
