A fifth berth, security building, area for buses and a connection bridge to Heritage Quay Shopping Centre are aimed at transforming Antigua into a turnaround destination for cruise ships.<\/p>

Safety and security upgrades are planned for Heritage Quay in the near future, alongside passenger experience enhancements to further reduce the risk of COVID-19 spread.<\/p>

Expansion of the piers, set to conclude at the end of this year, will ensure three Oasis-class vessels can be accommodated at the port simultaneously;\u00a0Royal Caribbean<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Crystal Cruises<\/a>\u00a0have used Nassau\u00a0for homeporting for the first time this year.<\/p>\n

Bahamians are invited to invest in\u00a0Nassau<\/a>\u2019s port project through Bahamas Investment Fund\u00a0when GPH launches its equity raise this month.<\/p>
