The police are reportedly searching for a man after he and his brother terrified their family members in Newfield Monday evening.<\/p>

According to reports, officers had to call for backup and use rubber bullets to subdue the men, who were armed with a cutlass and a piece of stick.<\/p>\n

The police were reportedly called to the scene, after the men began chasing their family members with the weapons around 6 pm, forcing several to lock themselves in the three houses on the property.<\/p>

When officers arrived, the men reportedly threw items and broke nearby windows.<\/p>

According to reports one of the men also climbed onto a house roof and threatened to harm himself.<\/p>\n

The police reportedly apprehended one of the suspects but the other eluded capture.<\/p>
