And we\u2019re not talking a stately dinner with one or two musical guests and a nice flower arrangement\u2014this is going to be a full-on\u00a0<em>concert extravaganza.<\/em>\u00a0Held at Royal Albert Hall on the 21st, the birthday party will be produced by the BBC and will air live on television in the U.K. Of course, the event will draw the senior royals as well, including, in all likelihood,\u00a0<strong>Prince Harry<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Meghan Markle<\/strong>\u00a0(who\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/people.com\/royals\/watch-did-prince-harry-just-get-caught-raising-his-eyebrows-to-meghan-markle-after-liam-paynes-performance\/\">caused something of a stir<\/a>\u00a0with their reaction to entertainer\u00a0<strong>Liam Payne<\/strong>\u00a0during the recent Commonwealth Day service). The\u00a0<em>Daily Mail<\/em>\u00a0notes that the sovereign \u201cpersonally prefers show tunes and a stirring rendition of \u2018The White Cliffs of Dover\u2019 by Dame\u00a0<strong>Vera Lynn.<\/strong>\u201d Well, uh, that is not what she is getting! Nope, the roster of artists includes Sir\u00a0<strong>Tom Jones, Kylie Minogue, Craig David, Anne-Marie, Shawn Mendes,<\/strong>Ladysmith Black Mambazo,\u00a0<strong>Sting,<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Shaggy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-reactid=\"221\">Yes, that\u2019s right, the Queen is going to be present (and seen on television!) for, presumably, a rendition of \u201cIt Wasn\u2019t Me.\u201d And will she bob her head to Minogue\u2019s \u201cCan\u2019t Get You Out of My Head\u201d and film Mendes\u2019s \u201cThere\u2019s Nothing Holdin\u2019 Me Back\u201d on her iPhone, making sure to flip the camera on herself for some lip-syncing?
