Prime Minister Gaston Browne has blasted his party colleague\u2019s poor performance and his \u201ccomplacency\u201d as reasons for his loss in All Saints East and St. Luke.<\/p>

\u201cThis idea of going into the Senate and serving as a Minister… Not when you lose twice,\u201d Browne told Pointe FM.<\/p>\n

Browne recently released his eleven appointees to the Senate and former Senator Colin \u201cTin Tin\u201d James\u2019s name was noticeably absent from that list.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

The Colin that made the list was Colin O\u2019Neal, a radio host on the Browne-family-owned Pointe FM.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

It was on this programme that the Prime Minister explained that, \u201cwhen you lose twice in my government, you can\u2019t command a portfolio.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHe has only himself to blame,\u201d Browne stated..<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

\u201cAll of the other candidates followed the game plan to the tee and they all came through. He\u2019s the only who deviated.\u201d<\/p>\n

Browne also pointed to the 100 votes that he had lost to former MP Joanne Massiah in All Saints East and St. Luke in 2014 and commented that Massiah\u2019s vote count plus the \u201cnational swing towards the Labour Party\u201d that should have guaranteed his victory this time around.<\/p>

Browne went onto to say, however, that James would be \u201ctaken care off\u201d but did not say in what capacity and to what extent.<\/p>
