As part of its environmental awareness campaign, the Halo Foundation donated 5\u00a0public trash bins which were positioned recently on the island\u2019s north shore Shell Beach area.<\/p>

The bins were installed by members of Halo Generation Y (youth team), who have been engaged in a continuous nation-wide clean-up and tree-planting campaign.<\/p>\n

The Halo Foundation will be undertaking additional environmental projects in the near future, in conjunction with the Royal Commonwealth Society Antigua and Barbuda Branch.<\/p>

Halo expresses appreciation to the Ministry of Lands, DCA, and the Department of the Environment for granting the necessary permission.<\/p>

The Foundation would also like to thank National Solid Waste Management for updating its refuse collection schedule to include an additional route.<\/p>\n
